Brookholme, Beverley

Beverley has all of the attractions of a busy market town combined with a rich cultural heritage. It is situated just eight miles north of Hull, and twelve miles west of the North Sea coast, and enjoys good road and rail links.

The town is famous for its Minster, which dominates the skyline. Beverley grew uparound this landmark and received its first charter in 1129. A walk through the town can lead along Toll Gavel, Butcher Row, Hengate and Wednesday Market – just some of the surviving medieval streets.
Beverley is a major shopping destination for the region, with its mix of well-known high street names and independent retailers. The range of restaurants, pubs and cafés is equally impressive. Beverley Racecourse and the annual music festivals add to the town’s character.
The home of the country’s oldest state school, Beverley Grammar School, the town offers several infant, primary and secondary schools as well as options for further education.
Brookholme is located to the south west of the town centre, easily accessible to all facilities. The development consists of 30 stylish three and four bedroom homes set in attractive, landscaped surroundings.
